To recognize the hard work and enthusiasm of organizers, a diverse range of award categories have been devised to ensure that all aspects of socio-cultural activities are recognized. There would be 10 awards to be distributed which are broadly as follows:

All nominations for the award would be evaluated by a diverse and respected panel of experts. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the evaluation process, ensuring that all entries are assessed fairly and with the highest level of integrity. The judging process is transparent, unbiased, and designed to highlight true excellence.

Participating in the All Gujarat Sheri Garba, Durga Puja Awards 2025 is simple:

• Form submitted without required details, photographs or videos would be rejected
• Use of not appropriate or vulgar words or uploading of inappropriate photographs or videos would attract disqualification

• Intellectual Property: Srijan Kala Parishad to retain the intellectual property rights of All Gujarat Sheri Garba, Durga Puja Awards 2025
• Usage Rights: Users details including name, contact details would be captured and stored securely and would not be shared with any third parties. However, Srijan Kala Parishad and its partner organizations don’t guarantee any virus, malware attack or an attempt to steal information from secured servers.

All disputes and concerns would be sorted our amicably. However, any dispute arising under these terms and conditions or could not be solved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court or forum of Vadodara, Gujarat, India only.

Right to Change: Srijan Kala Parishad reserves the right to amend rules and regulations as and when necessary with or without any intimation and/or notice.

After the resounding success of its maiden edition, Srijan Kala Parishad, in association with Tagore Foundation, Vadodara and Gitanjali Seva Trust, Ahmedabad, supported by the Faculty of Performing Arts, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, is proud to present the All Gujarat Sheri Garba and Durga Puja Awards 2025 (Season 2) during the forthcoming Navratri festival.
